A TEENAGER has been jailed for two years for a stabbing in South Harrow.
Elias Dehimi, 18, of Shaftsbury Avenue, South Harrow, attacked Scott Blundell after a row in Eastcote Lane on Wednesday, August 4.
He chased his victim into Tregenna Avenue before plunging the weapon twice into his chest, stabbing his wrist and hitting him on the back of the head.
Police have still not discovered what sparked the attack, but it left the victim facing a week in hospital and physiotherapy before he could make a full recovery.
DC Nadia Ali, of Harrow CID, said: “I think it was a big shock for the victim and I think for anyone who has been injured like that and come out the other side, it makes you appreciate life a bit more.”
Witnesses saw Mr Blundell being chased and attacked in Tregenna Avenue, and one picked out Dehimi, who pleaded guilty, in an ID parade.
He was handed the two year sentence by a judge at Harrow Crown Court on Friday.
